Clinical Leadership & Expertise
Elkhart Periodontics is led by Dr. Kelly Hill, a board-certified periodontist whose advanced training and clinical leadership guide the care provided throughout the practice. Her focus on precision, education, and evidence-based treatment helps ensure consistently high standards of periodontal care.
Dr. Hill completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and advanced periodontal specialty training at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she also served as Chief Resident. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, a distinction that reflects the highest level of clinical achievement and an ongoing commitment to excellence in periodontal care.

Katie assists with patient care while supporting the front office to ensure a smooth, coordinated visit for every patient. With a background in dental assisting, nursing, and patient advocacy, she guides patients with compassion before, during, and after treatment. Katie also runs Belle Allure Aesthetics and Wellness, conveniently located within our office. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.

Karla is committed to helping patients maintain healthy smiles through personalized care and ongoing maintenance. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, listening to Kenny Chesney, and visiting the Mackinac Bridge.

Kerri plays a key role in keeping our practice running smoothly. She is frequently the first voice you hear when calling the office, and she provides a welcoming, helpful experience for every patient. Kerri’s attention to detail and commitment to patient care help support both our patients and clinical team every day. Outside of the office, Kerri enjoys watching college football, baking and reading, as well as spending time with her dog and two cats.
